CLA 750 contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), an unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Although dietary sources of CLA include red meat and dairy products, two CLA 750 softgels offer the CLA equivalent of 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in body fat reduction and enhance lean body mass-muscle-retention.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 softgel per meal, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a physician before taking CLA.
